The use of resources related to daily life and the future, from the individual to the society, in a way that meets the needs, stands out as an important issue. This phenomenon, which is based on economic foundations and finds its place in processes, can somehow explain how efficiently the resources we use can be used.

In a sociological context, the resources that constitute economic values can also determine the future welfare levels of societies and institutions and can combine in phenomena involving economy, politics and technology.

Therefore, to be able to systematically examine and understand the economic and political developments in the world, the European Union, the Middle East and Turkey and to make decisions accordingly, to contribute to personal development and professional careers in social and business life, to help managers and/or employees in the public and private sectors, institutions' plans, The fact that they follow a more effective and efficient way in organizing their strategies and policies can be considered as a different added value. Recognizing that technology is one of the main determinants of political power and social welfare, studying these values by taking into account the micro and macro dynamics of national, regional and global developments, the effects of technology on economy and politics, and combining the decisions taken with the development and well-positioned predictions of the relevant stakeholders, may become even more important. When the subject is considered in coordination in the context of this information; With correctly positioned plans, strategies and policies, sustainability can aim to create a peaceful life, as well as a culture that will continue, especially for future generations.

The problems that humanity faces, from climate crisis to poverty, from water and energy crises to environmental disasters, are experienced globally and systematically, and if solutions to these problems cannot be produced, humanity and a significant part of the species on our planet may have to face the problem of existence and discussions may increase. For these reasons, while the transition to sustainability is aimed at completely transforming societies socio-economically, instead of the society continuing the existing system and way of life by only taking the environment into consideration; It expresses the vision of establishing a new system that is intertwined and in harmony with the environment and nature, self-sufficient, ensuring prosperity and development within the boundaries of nature and our planet, and a radical transformation towards a sustainable society in response to a series of persistent problems faced by contemporary modern societies. is targeted.

Sustainability principles; While it aims to respect the rights of all living beings while producing and consuming and to create a better planet for everyone, in its simplest definition, it deals with production without endangering the lives of other living beings today and in the future, and under the headings of environmental protection, economic growth and social development, and with administrative structures that will activate these. It is aimed to be coordinated. Therefore, while the concept of sustainable environment centers on the principle that existing resources are not unlimited, it is aimed to ensure that the resources spent for production are used to the maximum extent in line with the needs and thus to be included in the sustainability system. While the importance of its implementation as an approach advocating the fair sharing of resources and consuming them as much as necessary in economic terms is revealed, it is aimed to protect human rights in all societies without discrimination in the context of social development and sustainability, as natural resources and various food resources are approaching the limit of depletion as a result of excessive consumption. Among these rights, elements such as education, health, social justice, security, transportation, water and electricity take their place first. The strategies and approaches developed by businesses in order to eliminate these negativities due to their social responsibilities have long been discussed. All of these approaches are expressed with the concept of sustainable production. Sustainable production approaches are the human resources of the production process. Eliminating or reducing the effects on the environmental factors, reducing waste in the production process, increasing the recyclability of produced products and directing the design processes from this perspective; It includes the development of material and energy-saving production processes (Yavuz A, 2010).

When the phenomenon of sustainability is evaluated in the light of this information, determining the management of scarce resources in social and institutional structures, according to the real needs of the society and the individual, with an environmental understanding, and taking it into the process within the concept of sustainability may be important for the nature, environment, world and future we live in.
